Insurance claims
Example scenario. Not a customer story.

A customer disputes a claim decision from months ago. Replay what was recorded.

The bad day

A policyholder writes in, angry. Their claim was partly denied in the spring, and an AI agent helped triage it. They want to know why, and they're talking about a complaint.

Your claims lead goes looking. The adjuster who signed off has moved teams. The agent's notes are scattered across the claims system, a ticket queue and a log store. Nobody is sure which version of the policy wording the agent checked against. Worse, someone touched the claim file after the decision to fix a typo, and now the customer's lawyer asks whether anything else was changed. You believe it wasn't. You can't prove it.

With LogicMem

You pull up the claim and replay what was recorded at the time, step by step: the documents the agent recorded reading, the policy text it relied on, what it flagged for human review, and what it recommended.

The check shows whether any of those records were edited after they were written. The typo fix shows up as its own later record, not a silent overwrite. Your team can answer the customer with what was recorded at the time, and point to a record that shows whether it has been altered.

What changes for the claims team
  • One place to see what the agent recorded and decided
  • Edits show up instead of hiding
  • Less time rebuilding a timeline from memory and screenshots

How it works, briefly

  • As your agent works, it writes each action and what it relied on to LogicMem, through the Python SDK or an MCP connection.
  • Each record is linked to the one before it with a digital fingerprint (a SHA-256 hash), forming a chain.
  • Records are kept on the LogicMem server. Later you ask it to re-check the chain. If a record was changed after it was written, the check fails at that record, and every record after it shows as untrustworthy.
  • Corrections are logged as new records, not quiet overwrites, so the original stays visible.

LogicMem tells you whether the record changed. It does not judge whether the decision was right, and it is not a compliance certification. That part stays with your team and your reviewers.

See it for yourself
