Prove what your AI did.

LogicFrame is the company behind LogicMem. LogicMem keeps tamper-evident records of AI agent memory activity, for teams in regulated fintech and insurance, where being wrong, or being unaccountable, is not an option.

Our mission

To let any team prove what its AI did.

Models act. Later, someone asks what they did, and why. LogicFrame builds LogicMem so that question has an answer: a hash-chained record of agent memory activity, where an edit to a past entry shows up on verification.

The gap we kept seeing everywhere.

Every team deploying AI ran into the same wall. When a reviewer, an auditor or a customer asked what an agent had done, there was no record they could check, or the record was a log that anyone could quietly edit.

A smarter model does not fix that. What was missing was an account of agent actions that would hold up under review. So we built LogicMem: a hash-chained audit record of key memory operations, such as storing, recalling and correcting memories, with which agent made them and when. LogicMem only ever adds entries to it.

Prove, don't claim

We ship what the running system actually does, and we can show our work. No overstated capability, on any page or in any room.

Tamper-evident by default

Key memory operations made through LogicMem's connector are written to a hash-chained record, and an edit to a past entry shows up when the chain is verified. Not every operation is recorded yet, and we don't claim otherwise.

Built for reviewers

Designed for the people who have to check the work: model-risk, compliance and claims teams. LogicMem is designed to support record-keeping duties such as EU AI Act Article 12; it is not a compliance certificate.

Founder & CEO.

C. Edward Creed is the founder and chief executive officer of LogicFrame. A lifelong entrepreneur who has founded and built companies before, he started LogicFrame after seeing the same gap appear everywhere AI was being deployed: agents that acted, with no way to account afterwards for what they did.

His instinct for systems that have to be trusted is shaped in part by a background in aviation, a world where precision and accountability are not optional. He has spent his career drawn to hard technical problems, and proving what AI did is the one he believes matters most right now.

LogicFrame is the answer he wanted to exist: LogicMem, a tamper-evident record that lets teams prove what their AI did.
